It’s almost time for the Port St. Lucie Irish Festival, where we’ll celebrate Irish culture through music, food and exciting cultural activities.
This FREE event will showcase live music performances from the Screaming Orphans, Rory Makem and Palm Beach Pipes and Drums; authentic Irish cuisine such as Shepherd’s Pie and corned beef sandwiches; and a variety of fun activities, including the competitive events of the Highland Games. New to this year’s festival, the Highland Games will highlight Scottish and Celtic culture with exciting demonstrations of the caber toss, sheaf toss and other competitions. Details are still being worked on for the parade, so stay tuned!
The Port St. Lucie Irish Festival is 4-9 p.m., Saturday, March 15 at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center, 9221 SE Event Center Place.
